We strive to make sure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. Below you will find details on our shipping options, processing times, and policies for domestic and international orders.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 
During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing may take slightly longer. We’ll communicate any significant delays on our website and via email.


Shipping Methods and Costs
Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within French Polynesia.
International Shipping: Available to selected countries, cost will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that estimated delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. 
Free shipping promotions do not apply to express or international shipping unless otherwise specified.


Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the link provided.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping costs.
Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for further information before placing an order.


Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, it will be returned to us. We will reach out to you to confirm a reshipment or issue a refund (excluding any shipping fees).
Lost or Stolen Packages
Miëih is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or providing special delivery instructions if needed.
If your package does not arrive or if there are issues with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue.
